Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages with consistency, adhering to established recipes and standards
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering inquiries, and offering personalized recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving and dining areas to ensure a pleasant customer experience
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment
- Stay informed about menu items, promotions, and specials to effectively assist and inform customers
- Adapt to a fast-paced setting and take on additional tasks as required to support daily operations
- Perform any other duties assigned by Supervisors
