Salary: $2,200 – $3,000/month
Location: Islandwide (Assigned based on outlet needs)
Working Hours: Retail hours, scheduled between 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Work Week: 5 days/week including weekends
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized skincare and beauty advice to customers
- Demonstrate and promote products to achieve sales targets
- Maintain high standards of customer service and product knowledge
- Perform basic skin analysis to recommend suitable products
- Assist in stock replenishment and visual merchandising
- Ensure outlet cleanliness and proper product display
- Handle cashiering duties and daily sales reporting
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong passion for the beauty industry
- Retail or beauty experience is an advantage, but not required – training will be provided!
