Job Description:
As the Beauty Centre Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading the salon team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in salon management, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of Indian beauty treatments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the beauty salon.
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff to ensure service excellence.
- Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and feedback professionally.
- Maintain service quality standards and ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
- Manage salon inventory and ensure timely procurement of supplies.
- Monitor staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
- Plan and implement promotions to increase footfall and sales.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in a beauty salon, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian beauty services such as threading, waxing, facials, henna, and hair treatments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Customer-oriented with a passion for beauty and wellness.
