Position Overview:
The Studio Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the studio. This role requires a strong passion for fitness, exceptional leadership and organisational skills, and the ability to create a positive and motivating environment for staff and members. The Studio Manager is responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, driving membership growth, and maintaining a clean and safe facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
- Oversee all aspects of the studio's operations, including scheduling, facility maintenance, and equipment upkeep.
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to optimize studio performance.
Customer Service:
- Create a welcoming and supportive environment for members, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
- Address member concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster a positive and inclusive community through effective communication and engagement.
- Follow up with potential prospects and let them know regarding the various membership packages that are available
Sales & Promotion
- Ensure all enquiries are attended to promptly and professionally on all platforms
- Track all leads and implement a system to ensure effective conversion rates
- Promote and sell studio packages, programs and services
- Diligent promotion of all studio programs, services and products
- Meeting and exceeding all membership sales and performance targets
- Diligent supervision of Community Outreach programs
- Designing and executing sales and marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Design and execute member signup, retention and renewal strategies
Class and Program Management:
- Coordinate and schedule classes according to the programmes from HQ, ensuring class setup is properly organised.
- Collaborate with instructors and trainers to develop new strategies on how to setup for classes if needed.
- Monitor class attendance and member feedback to optimize class offerings.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must have more than 3 years experience of leading and managing teams; experience in the fitness industry is a requirement,
- Good leadership skills with a successful track record of developing people and spotting talent,
- Excellent knowledge of the industry and operational challenges,
- Able to deliver real improvement – able to get things done, strong influencing skills,
- Good communication skills with all levels of the business,
- Strong desire and ability to motivate and inspire people and teams,
- Clear, logical, and analytical thinker,
- High standards, get the basics right
- Local knowledge and experience and/or cultural sensitivity
- Personal Training: 2 years (Not required but Preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
