Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales and servicing according to our service package for bicycles (Folding bikes and Road bikes).
- Ability to assemble and build up new bikes.
- Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and carry out bicycle maintenance and repair on bicycles.
- Listening to customers, identifying problems, developing and proposing solutions, performing repairs, replacing parts, and providing quotes.
- Able to use PC for Point of Sales
Requirements:
- Mature and responsible with minimum 2 years of bicycle servicing experience required.
- Mechanically inclined, with great attention to detail.
- Customer-oriented, positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to serve and help others.
- Reliable, dependable, punctual to work, team player, and have a can do attitude.
