Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and adoption of BIM across projects
- Ensure adherence to BIM standards, modeling workflows, and methodologies
- Ensure modeling processes comply with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
- Familiar with design development, contract documentation, authority submissions, and coordination for site and project meetings
- Assist project teams with BIM implementation based on specific project requirements
- Proficient in design authoring and collaboration tools for construction projects
- Contribute to BIM submittals, construction models, shop drawings, and schedules
- Perform ad-hoc duties and tasks as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a BIM Modeller or BIM Coordinator role
- Experience with Civil and LTA projects is an advantage
- Degree in Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering, or a related field
- Formal BIM training or certification is preferred
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, OpenBuilding Designer, and 4D modeling; rendering/animation skills for presentations are a plus
- Knowledge of Singapore Codes of Practice, regulations, and construction specifications
- Independent, proactive, and results-oriented team player capable of meeting tight deadlines
