We are seeking a motivated Junior BIM Modeller with strong AutoCAD proficiency to join our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience and grow within the Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and modifying BIM models using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Produce 2D and 3D drawings and technical details from architectural and engineering designs.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure design accuracy.
- Participate in project coordination meetings and support ongoing BIM model updates.
- Maintain accurate documentation, version control, and drawing standards.
- Follow company BIM protocols, templates, and workflows.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
- 2-5years of relevant experience (internships or project-based experience considered).
- Proficient in AutoCAD; familiarity with Revit, Navisworks, or other BIM tools is a plus.
- Basic understanding of construction drawings and technical documentation.
- Strong attention to detail, with solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communicator, able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to BIM coordination and clash detection processes.
- Familiarity with the full project lifecycle, from concept design to construction.
- Interest in ongoing professional development and staying current with BIM technologies.
