We are looking for a BMS Operator who can provide technical support on site for the ACMV and/or BMS Operation and Monitoring.
Jobscope:
- Operate and monitor the existing and new building management system
- Responsible for performing and maintaining accurate records like preventive maintenance and repairs
- Oversee escort and supervise vendors Plan and organise the preventive maintenance works
Required Skills
- Computer literate
- Ability to solve problems and provide recommendations
- Work well under pressure
- Perform work independently
- Experience in ACMV equipment testing
- Responsible team player
