Brand Evangelist & Photographer/ Videographer (Singapore-Based)

About the Role
We're looking for a driven and confident individual who is passionate about sales and business development, but also brings strong content creation skills to the table. This role is sales-first — focused on building relationships, generating leads, and closing new business — with a supporting role in photography/videography to add value during client campaigns and shoots.
You’ll work closely with our marketing, creative, and accounts teams to pitch our services, tell compelling brand stories, and help deliver engaging content for both internal and external use.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development (Primary Focus)
- Identify, connect, and build relationships with potential clients via LinkedIn, email, networking, and events.
- Pitch Mustard Seed Digital’s solutions with clarity and confidence.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
- Work with internal teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
- Support onboarding of new clients and maintain a strong post-sale relationship to identify upsell opportunities.
Content Creation & Visual Support (Secondary)
- Support basic photography and videography needs for internal and client campaigns.
- Capture behind-the-scenes content, client testimonials, or social snippets during events or shoots.
- Assist with editing and packaging content using tools like CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Suite.
- Collaborate on ideas and scripts for content that can support sales and marketing efforts.
Brand Engagement & Strategy
- Build a credible professional presence online (especially LinkedIn) to represent the agency’s values and services.
- Contribute to monthly marketing calendars with ideas that support both lead generation and content visibility.
- Track performance metrics for outreach and content engagement, and optimise efforts accordingly.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
- Confident communicator with a persuasive pitch and strong follow-up discipline.
- Able to take initiative, generate leads independently, and work toward sales targets.
- Basic hands-on experience in photography/videography and content editing is a strong plus.
- Familiar with digital marketing services (SEO, social media, paid ads, etc.).
Bonus Skills
- Tools: Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM software.
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns or working in a creative agency environment.
