THE ROLE
Client Business Custodianship :
- Lead and/or contribute to the development of engaging brand experiences that deliver against the client goals and project objectives, including research, market insights, brand positioning, brand concept and creative development, and naming
- Have a working knowledge of brand communication elements relevant to client businesses; positioning, benefit, RTB, brand ideas, campaign ideas
- Articulate and present concepts and rationale to clients, facilitating creative brainstorms and strategic workshops, leading client presentations on project basis.
- Own and mine client relationships along with senior CST and creative to identify and convert farming opportunities
- Understand clients’ business objectives and branding strategy: Review brief from client, extract clear project objectives, pull out relevant insights as foundation for idea development.
Lonsdale Strategy Leadership and Management :
- Build the Lonsdale strategic framework and tools for the Singapore office in conjunction with the MD.
- Proficient understanding of all strategic tools, able to populate tools in collaboration with senior CS team members.
- Refine and enhance strategy process and deliverables and support strategy training for the team, CST and creative as and when required.
- Assess the capabilities of the strategy team and make recommendations when required
- Actively participates in internal strategic reviews and work sessions, evaluating the deliverables through the lenses of the client strategic brief and expectations.
- Ensure that pitches are delivered on time and on scope, in partnership with CST and creative
- Working knowledge of Adobe software suite, able to design within a presentation template
Overall Strategy Stewardship :
- Embrace and display passion, curiosity and ability to sell Lonsdale capabilities (research, strategy, innovation, design, POS activations, digital/e-commerce, print- management, production, etc.)
- Engage and inspire the teams, and lead the discussions with a clear, strong POV
- Develop thought pieces, white papers and trend analysis
- Identify and attend industry relevant conferences, talks, events to network and build our prospect database
