Monitor the day-to-day operations of a project
- Check and supervise all works performed by subcontractors / gangs
- Consult the Project Engineer / Site Engineer / Project Co-ordinator and Project Manager on any problems related to quality
- Liaise with Client / Consultant's representatives on checking of work
- Control and monitor materials delivered on site
- Ensure that works are done in accordance with the daily report
- Assist in the handing over of completed works and rectification of any defects
- Check all construction drawings / sketches received on site and to report any discrepancy to the Project Manager
