Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee project management activities, including renovations, additions & alterations (A&A), and upgrading works.
- Coordinate and manage work execution according to project plans, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality and confirm timely delivery of materials in accordance with the design specifications.
- Manage project timelines to ensure completion within the scheduled timeframe.
- Track project progress to ensure smooth and timely execution.
- Maintain close coordination with subcontractors and relevant authorities to facilitate seamless project implementation.
Requirements:
- Nitec / Diploma / in Building, Construction, Facilities Management, M&E Engineering or equivalent.
- 3 years of relevant experiences in project management / Building works / facilities management / A&A works.
