About the role
Join the team as a fulltime Bulldozer Operator in Pulau Punggol Aggregate Terminal (PPAT). In this important role, you will be responsible for operating a bulldozer to move and redistribute soil, rocks, and other materials as part of our operations.
What you'll be doing
- Operating a bulldozer in a safe and efficient manner to move, level, and compact soil, rocks, and other materials
- Performing routine maintenance and inspections on the bulldozer to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Collaborating with other machine operators and labourers to coordinate site preparation and material handling activities
- Following all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure and productive work environment
- Reporting any issues or concerns to supervisors in a timely manner
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years of experience operating a bulldozer in a manufacturing, construction, or logistics environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on heavy machinery
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness to manoeuvre the bulldozer precisely
- Commitment to safety and a track record of following established protocols
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members
- Stamina to work for extended periods in an outdoor, physically demanding environment
