SmileTutor is a fast-growing SME and the leading tuition agency in Singapore. We provide tutor-matching services to parents and students over Singapore, and help tutors to find tuition jobs. We are also expanding into new businesses such as b2b tuition-matching, jobs portal and online media.
We are looking for business admin interns to be part of the operations team. In this role, you will be trained in prospecting, sales, and administrative skills. The learning experience will be enriching on all facets of business, particular how the ground operations work in a fast-paced service business. You will be exposed to working life in an SME and gain valuable skills in business development and administration.
The training activities/job scope involves the following:
- Oversee business operations
- Supporting and overseeing teams
- Providing office support including customer and employee support
- Interacting with clients either on the phone or in person
- Acting as a personal assistant to the executive team
- Learning about the company's mission and available products/services
- Ad-hoc admin duties
The job will require the following
- Related diploma
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer/administrative skill (word, excel, google docs)
- Good team player
- Good work ethics
- Willing to learn and adapt
Work Schedule: 5 Days work week ( 4 Weekdays + 1 weekend) 9am-645pm or 1015am-8pm
