Role Overview
As a Key Account Management Lead for Shopee Express (SPX), you will play a pivotal role in strengthening relationships with top-tier sellers, driving revenue growth, and optimising logistics solutions to enhance seller success. Leading a team of Relationship Managers (RMs), you will act as the strategic liaison between major sellers and SPX Express, ensuring seamless logistics support while resolving high-priority operational challenges. To excel in this role, you will drive sustainable revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, refining service solutions, and positioning SPX Express as the preferred logistics partner.
Key Account Leadership & Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary leader for Relationship Managers (RMs), overseeing logistics support for major sellers
- Act as the escalation point for high-priority seller inquiries, strategically resolving operational bottlenecks (e.g., campaign requests, fulfillment challenges) through structured communication channels
- Build and nurture trusted partnerships with top-tier sellers, understanding their business needs and advocating for solutions
Acquisition & Growth Strategy:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities (Non-Shopee Sellers), and manage full sales cycle
- Lead and provide guidance to the acquisition team in order to achieve effective practices and sales strategy
- Measure sales performance to ensure revenue optimisation and sales targets met
- Position SPX Express as the ideal partner that address seller pain points and accelerate business growth
- Identify and capitalise on growth opportunities (e.g. new service lines, process improvements)
- Strategic Initiatives & Process Improvement:
- Develop customised growth strategies aligned with business objectives, considering consumer behavior, competition, and market trends
- Partner with relevant teams to ensure synchronised strategic implementation
- Lead ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree preferably with business background
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, Sales, or related fields within the e-commerce or logistics industry is a plus
- Track record of managing and developing high-performing teams
- Highly motivated, hands-on, fast learner and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous and high attention to detail
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
