We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the exhibition, events, and signage industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales pitches to clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Account Servicing & Client Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and oversee project execution from start to finish.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, and operations) to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Manage client feedback and resolve any issues to maintain long-term partnerships.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure smooth execution of event builds and installations.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Prepare reports, contracts, and necessary documentation related to sales and client servicing.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in sales, account management, or client servicing within the events, exhibition, or construction industry is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
