Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Promote and ensure excellent customer service by resolving customer complaints 24/7 everyday.
Establish and maintain customer service standards to ensure a consistent and high-quality experience.
- S ales and Marketing: Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and drive sales.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and minimize loss.
- Business Development : Exploring new market verticals for revenue growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail business development with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
- Ability to create new market segment for company growth
Education:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, retail management or a related field is preferred.
Work Environment:
- Daily travel between locations for stocktaking and audit. The role will require working weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- This role requires hands-on management to ensure the retail operations run effectively and profitably.
