Salary: S$2,800 (Non-negotiable for first 6-month)

Role Summary

• The Business Development Executive will drive the growth and expansion of the company’s f&b business by identifying new business opportunities, building good partnerships, and developing strategies to improve business.

• This role focuses on enhancing brand presence, doing research, and increasing revenue through the market and customers.

• You will work closely to align business goals, help plan simple marketing ideas, talking to clients, and any task that can contribute to business growth.
  

Role Responsibilites

• Work closely with the director to look for new business opportunities, expansion opportunities, and maintain high-quality customer experiences while scaling operations.

• Regularly follow up with contacted leads to check their interest and strongly convince them with persuasion skills.

• Suggest and assist in simple marketing or discount ideas (e.g., bundle deals, festive promos).

• Assist with financial tracking and cost analysis of ingredient costs with waste reduction strategies.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, delivery partners, or collaborators to ensure optimal performance and product consistency.

• Research online for simple trends (e.g., popular food items, social media ideas) and suggest new ideas.

• Assist with planning and executing online promotions, such as limited-time deals to drive sales.

• Participate in product development discussions by sharing clients and partners feedback.
  

Role Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the F&B, retail, or service sectors, in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred.

• Strong analytical ability to assess sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to shape effective business strategies.

• Exceptional communication skills to build relationship and identify preferences and adjust offerings accordingly to maximize business growth.

• Creative mindset to develop innovative promotional and growth strategies.

• Creative mindset to brainstorm and produce promotional ideas.

• Experience in digital marketing, managing staff, or personal vehicle is a plus.
