We’re looking for a results-driven and strategic Business Development Executive to identify opportunities, build relationships, and drive revenue growth. If you're a confident communicator with a passion for connecting with people and closing deals — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking and referrals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Understand client needs and present tailored solutions or offerings
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals and quotations
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align growth strategies
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions and deals in the CRM system
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity and market insights
What You Bring
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- High energy, self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline and work independently
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools
