Job Description & Requirements:
- Architect and implement data-driven business development strategies, including competitive intelligence gathering, pipeline analysis, and value-based client engagement
- Spearhead cross-sector B2B and B2G acquisition campaigns, focusing on long-cycle tender participation, public sector RFPs, and compliance-heavy bidding requirements
- Conduct SWOT-based opportunity assessments and prepare detailed go-to-market strategies aligned with quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Establish a scalable CRM model with data analytics integration to track lead generation, sales conversion, and lifetime customer value
- Forge strategic partnerships with corporate and institutional stakeholders to maximize vertical integration and secure recurring contracts
- Develop ROI-focused marketing collateral and conversion-optimized digital assets (brochures, website content, EDMs, etc.) to align with high-value client segments
- Lead negotiations for high-stakes deals and tender packages, ensuring legal and commercial compliance in alignment with contractual frameworks
- Collaborate with finance, legal, HR, and operations to ensure alignment of business goals with internal resource deployment and contract execution capabilities
- Liaise with statutory bodies (e.g., ESG, WSG, IMDA) for government grant alignment, co-funding opportunities, and industry incentive schemes
- Conduct strategic reviews of post-deal performance metrics and client feedback to drive continuous improvement and retention rate optimization
- Ensure end-to-end document integrity, audit-readiness, and lifecycle management of business agreements and tenders
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, or equivalent. Postgraduate/MBA preferred
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B/B2G sales, business development, or strategic marketing
- Strong knowledge of public procurement processes, government grant structures, and regulatory frameworks
- Advanced competency in CRM tools, market research databases, and sales analytics platforms
- Excellent written, interpersonal, and presentation skills with proven stakeholder management capability
- Ability to operate independently with strategic foresight and executional precision
- Experience in service industries (e.g., security, facilities, manpower) is highly advantageous
