Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Business Development Manager/Director to meet agreed sales and business targets.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients and proactively expand the customer base.
- Develop strategic account plans to identify growth opportunities with key customers.
- Manage projects and coordinate with the technical team to meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction on service and supply matters.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Chemistry or related discipline.
- Valid Class 3 driving licence with at least 2 years’ driving experience.
- Min. 3 years of relevant experience in the chemical or manufacturing industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fragrance/aromatic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with good presentation skills.
- Creative problem-solving and ability to work within tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of sales techniques including rapport building, value-based selling, negotiation, and closing.
- Capable of working independently as well as in a team.
- Strong multi-tasking, prioritisation, and time management skills.
