Overview
We’re seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to lead partnership efforts and uncover new collaboration opportunities. You’ll play a key role in growing our brand through co-marketing initiatives, sponsorships, and B2B sales. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building connections, spotting opportunities, and driving business growth through strategic relationships.
Duties and responsibilities
- Identify, reach out to, and engage potential partners to expand our network and brand presence.
- Present and pitch company products and services tailored to partner needs.
- Initiate and manage co-marketing initiatives with partners—including digital campaigns, joint promotions, events and sponsorships —to maximize reach and value.
- Track industry trends, analyze market data, and monitor competitor partnerships to inform strategic decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure sustained collaboration.
- Work closely with internal marketing and sales teams to align partnership strategies.
- Prepare proposals, partnership decks, and other presentation materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all partner-led initiatives and communication channels.
- Track and report performance metrics on outreach activities and partnership performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or partnerships.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to identify and develop mutually beneficial collaborations.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong self-motivation, independence, and goal-driven attitude.
- Familiarity with digital marketing or experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
