- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, emails, and digital outreach.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by providing excellent service and support.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and product presentations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with prospects and clients in alignment with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain and update client records, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and networking meetings.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to the management team.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-driven with a proactive attitude toward achieving targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
