Your Role:
✦ Develop and execute business strategies to achieve annual revenue targets.
✦ Acquire and manage partnerships with exchanges, institutional clients, and local KOLs.
✦ Lead multi-million-dollar negotiations and resource integration.
✦ Build and scale a global business team from scratch.
Requirements:
✔ 1+ years of team management experience + 3+ years in crypto business development
(APAC/EMEA markets preferred).
✔ Existing network of local KOLs and exchange partners, with a proven track record of $1M+
deals.
✔ Strategic thinker with flawless execution – fluent in English (Chinese proficiency is a plus).
