RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage cross-functional projects that drive significant improvements for the university.
• Conduct training and coach staff in applying Lean Six Sigma, Design thinking and other improvement tools/ methodologies.
• Collaborate with departments to identify and support improvement opportunities.
• Support initiatives and projects as assigned by the OBI Director.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor Degree
• Passion and self-motivation
  • Have a positive personality and able to be self-motivated when working in difficult and ambiguous situations.

  • Ability to collect and analyze data to find root causes and implement solutions.

  • Effective communicator who can convey ideas and influence people at all levels.

  • Ability to deliver change positively while getting support from key stakeholders.
• Team Player and Leader
  • Have excellent inter-personal skills and good in understanding and motivating the project team.
• Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma or other improvement Methodology
  • Ability to apply and coach Lean Six Sigma tools and Methodology.
