Job Description
Essential Functions for the Sales, Marketing and F&A departments in ASEAN:
- Participates in development, implementation and support of global HR programs and initiatives such as WorkDay integration.
- Provides employee relations support to managers and employees.
- Provides recruitment and selection assistance for assigned groups and works with business leaders and hiring managers to develop creative, cost-effective recruitment strategies.
- Assists with development and implementation of training for managers and employee groups.
- Is primary point of contact for assigned groups with regard to HR policy, process and support.
- Works on special Human Resources projects as assigned
