Administrative:
- Handle office coordination, documentation, and correspondence
IT Support: - Assist with basic troubleshooting, device setup, and liaise with IT vendors
Human Resources: - Support recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and HR documentation
Purchasing: - Source and order materials, liaise with suppliers, track delivery and inventory
Accounts Support: - Perform data entry, prepare invoices, assist with monthly reports and government filings
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Admin, IT, HR, Accounting, or related discipline
- Experience in a multi-role environment is a plus (fresh grads welcome)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic accounting/HR software skills preferred
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced setting
