Responsibilities:

• Manage sourcing activities for various materials, components, services, and operational needs, with a focus on value, delivery, and suitability for operational use.
• Support internal functions by coordinating with external partners to ensure consistent supply and minimal disruption.
• Review internal requests, particularly those involving product or process changes, with attention to minimizing resource inefficiencies.
• Maintain internal records and data repositories related to sourcing activities.
• Facilitate favourable commercial terms with service providers and vendors.
• Process and approve relevant documentation in accordance with internal controls and compliance standards.
• Ensure procurement activities align with organizational policies and quality systems.
• Evaluate and engage suppliers based on performance, reliability, and adherence to required standards.

Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering with experience in a sourcing or operational support role
• Exposure to supply systems or enterprise resource planning platforms is advantageous
• Professional certification in supply chain or procurement practices is a plus
• Knowledge of SAP MRP
