- Fluent in English with good communication skills for servicing of international customers
- Pleasant personality and service-oriented
- Minimum height of 1.58m for females and 1.65m for males in order to carry out safety and emergency procedures onboard
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree from a recognised university
- Good English proficiency (Minimum TOEIC score of at least 600, TOEFL score of at least 500 or IELTS score of at least 6)
- Willing to relocate to Singapore
