Overview:
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Service Crew member to join our cafe team. You’ll be the face of our cafe — welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a warm and pleasant experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent service in a friendly, professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or barista
- Serve food and beverages to customers promptly
- Assist the barista in preparing drinks when required
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, service stations, and counter
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Handle basic cashiering and payment processing
Requirements:
- No prior F&B experience required — training will be provided
- Positive, friendly, and service-oriented attitude
- Able to work well in a team and communicate clearly
- Punctual, reliable, and well-groomed
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
