Channel Distribution & Partnership Manager (Financial Service)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement channel distribution strategies to increase market share and reach new customer segments.
- Partnership Management: Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with key partners, distributors, and resellers to enhance product distribution and sales.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new partnership opportunities and assess the competitive landscape.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partnership strategies with overall business objectives.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of distribution channels and partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Training and Support: Develop training programs and resources for partners to ensure effective product positioning and sales techniques.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and agreements with partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with policies.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on partnership performance, challenges, and opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in channel management, business development, or partnerships in financial service industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing distribution channels.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and project management software.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
