As a Channels Sales Manager, you will work with channel partners on Oracle NetSuite new business opportunities.
You will be involved in facilitating joint selling with channel partners in Singapore and manage channel partner revenue performance. Working closely with channel partners, you will set the vision and develop joint planning strategies that aligns with business objectives.
You will also be involved in managing transaction contracts, deal booking issues, and educating channel partners in Oracle NetSuite’s business and commercial practices. As a member of the sales team, you will be responsible to maintain accurate and timely information for revenue forecasts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic territory plan for achieving annual quota and business growth by hitting your monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and develop joint GTM strategies and lead generation opportunities with the channel partners.
- Educate partners on Oracle commercial practices. Maintains an understanding of Oracle technology and articulates Oracle propositions to partners and prospects.
- Prospect, consult and position NetSuite and any related services to prospective new customers alongside channel partners. Conduct business discussions with prospective customers to understand their requirements, and to qualify prospective opportunities, in order to determine how the NetSuite solution can best address their issues.
- Maintain sales forecast accuracy and consistency with in-depth account coverage, deal management and close plan. Manage pipeline and forecast with internal systems.
Required Skills/Experience
- BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability and experience of engaging C-level executives in business and strategic discussions.
- Demonstrated record of being a resourceful and creative problem solver – working with Solution Providers to do the same.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationship with key stakeholders.
- Strong team player and collaborator who gets work done and delivers against what is committed.
- Track record of success in a quota carrying role.
- ERP Solutions sales experience and/or partner management experience is a definite plus.
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures.
