**Requirements**: Experience as a chartering supervisor in Singapore; with bulk carrier chartering experience.

**Working Hours**: 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday

**Leave Benefits**: 13th-month salary available; 15 days of annual leave; 14 days of sick leave.

**Other Information**: Responsible for ship resource development and matching (searching for ships, negotiating terms, signing contracts); charter party management (reviewing terms, handling disputes, tracking execution); transportation process management (coordinating issues, handling emergencies, tracking voyages).

**Work Location**: City Hall
