Responsibilities:
- Preparation work of Kitchen opening and closing operation hour
- In charge of the food cutting and preparation section, assisting the Head Chef in costing and raw materials purchase
- Ensure proper handling and storage of all ingredients under restaurant standards
- Supervisor and train the kitchen staff on cutting skills and food handling
- Assist other positions whenever required
- Perform any other ad-hoc assignments as required requirements
- Relevant experience in Chinese cuisine required
- Able to perform split shifts, work on weekends and public holidays
- Have initiative and hardworking with a positive attitude to learn and contribute
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
