This role demands a versatile professional who can transition seamlessly between high-level strategic decision-making and hands-on operational execution, while optimizing organizational efficiency and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Act as the CEO’s trusted thought partner, contributing to major decisions, long-term strategy, and positioning relative to market trends and competitors.
- Drive internal alignment on strategic initiatives, ensuring teams have clear direction, priorities, and systems for rapid execution.
- Manage investor relations and inbound strategic partnership opportunities, fostering relationships that support company growth.
People & HR Operations
- Oversee People Operations, onboarding, and employee administration, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Lead recruitment efforts, managing candidate pipelines, and delivering a best-in-class interview and onboarding experience.
- Design and implement performance management systems, including OKRs, to ensure alignment and accountability across the organization.
Requirements
- Ability to process, synthesize, and prioritize large volumes of information across multiple domains.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong interest in AI with curiosity for emerging trends and innovations.
- Bonus: Experience working in a startup or fast-paced international environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
