Role Responsibilities:
Global Expansion Execution
- Lead market entry (APAC/Americas), from site selection to grand opening.
- Standardize operations (e.g., inventory, staffing) while adapting to local tastes.
Supply Chain & Cost Control
- Build resilient supply chains for tea leaves/dairy/eco-packaging, reducing procurement costs.
- Implement tech solutions to cut waste and ensure freshness.
Team & Culture Scaling
- Develop training programs for global staff (baristas, managers) to uphold service quality.
- Resolve cross-cultural challenges.
Customer Experience
- Partner with R&D to launch locally relevant products. Optimize store workflows during peak hours.
Role Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations management, preferably within F&B or retail chains.
- Proven track record in scaling operations: experience opening 200+ stores or managing teams of 1,000+ employees.
- Strong data-driven mindset with fluency in operations analytics.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with experience managing multicultural teams across international markets.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin to communicate with stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make strategic decisions under pressure.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work across multiple time zones.
