Key Responsibilities:
§ To plan and implement the curriculum under the guidance of the Centre Supervisor to ensure a well-run, purposeful, engaging and child-centred programme responsive to children’s needs and aligned to the principles spelt out in the standard ECE Framework.
§ Create a secure and quality learning environment for children through fostering nurturing, trustful, respectful and meaningful relationships with them.
§ Actively engages in Centre initiatives to support its collaborative efforts with the community.
Requirements
Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education – Teaching (DECCE-T or CECCCE) or Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
A team player
Experience in the Early Childhood is an added advantage
