- 与创始人团队共同打磨课程体系，推动课程升级。
- 记录追踪学生成长，提升学习效果。
- 在有理念、有情怀、有行动力的教师团队中共同成长。
- Conduct small-group, personalized lessons for primary or secondary students (4–8 students every class).
- Deeply engage in Aiwen’s “3D ARTS Learning Method” teaching practice (Chinese + Arts + Mental Well-being).
- Collaborate with the founder team to refine the curriculum framework and drive course upgrades.
- Document and monitor student growth to enhance learning outcomes.
- Grow together within a team of teachers who have vision, passion, and initiative.
