Job summary:
- Permanent role, open to entry level to senior level
- Basic range from $4500 - $8000
- Entitled allowance and VB
- Monday - Friday, office hour
- Working location at Tanjong Pagar. (Walking distance from MRT station)
Job scope:
- Lead structural design from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with technical and project goals.
- Manage full project lifecycle including resource coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
- Collaborate with internal, external, and regulatory stakeholders for seamless project delivery.
- Provide technical support and resolve on-site design and coordination issues during construction.
- Review design outputs for constructability, compliance, and apply value engineering principles.
- Contribute to feasibility studies and promote continuous improvement through innovation and standardization.
Requirements:
- Min 3–10 years of experience in structural design and project coordination, with strong proficiency in structural analysis tools.
- Degree in civil or structural engineering accredited by EAB (Engineering Accreditation Board) or recognized by the PEB.
