- Assist the Project Manager with on-site technical, engineering, and authority submission matters.
- Prepare Method Statements, Work Sequences, and other required technical documents.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Plan and track project progress with Project Managers and Supervisors to ensure timely completion.
- Supervise site activities to ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and contractual specifications.
- Ensure all site works meet statutory regulations and client requirements.
- Oversee environmental, safety, and health practices on-site.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, recognized by PE/BCA.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential
