Job Description:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and assigned clients, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Prepare account reports, track performance metrics, and provide feedback to management on client needs and trends.
- Assist in developing proposals, quotations, and presentations for client meetings.
- Handle complaints or service issues professionally, ensuring quick and satisfactory resolution.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CA or equivalent professional qualification
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
