Description
An ambassador for the firm, the role contributes to the group by establishing new and strengthening existing intermediary and direct client relationships. Conversant in the entire portfolio of residency & citizenship programs offered by the firm as well as supporting information such as taxation and real estate, the role is responsible for increasing the number of new cases serviced by H&P by understanding the requirements of all key stakeholders and advising on the most appropriate solution.
Client Advisors are primarily responsible for the conversion of leads into client cases, through the delivery of industry-leading customer service, a premier on-boarding experience and world-class advisory services to new and existing clients.
Requirement
- Beyond a proficient level of English, the ideal candidate must be fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin(Chinese).
- Raise awareness about the services and solutions offered by H&P
- Qualify prospects and undertake initial due diligence checks to assess suitability and mitigate exposure to operational risks
- Collaborate with RMs to provide a world-class, industry leading client experience throughout the entire sales journey
- High success rate of conversion of sales leads into clients of H&P
- Meet and exceed the assigned jurisdictional annual sales targets
- Actively grow existing contact database to identify new value creation opportunities
- Represent H&P at industry events and conferences
- Maintain a high level of relevant industry and program knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects
- Regularly report on sales activity to MP
- Keep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions with full and effective use of the CRM system
- Be a positive representative of H&P and its brand in the marketplace
