Role Summary:
A passionate Client Success Executive who conducts kickoff sessions with new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the onboarding cycle by hosting kickoff meetings with clients by identifying the client’s needs & preferences, while proposing to the brands team with direction on how to onboard & service them.
- Create funnel strategy proposals & advise accordingly (ToFu, MoFu, BoFu, AIDA & ACCLA etc)
- Tracking conversion rate of trial to subscribed clients, while recording & understanding any reasons for not subscribing.
- Ensure compliance by tracking & ensuring a minimum of 3 deliverables to be provided for the client within the first week trial.
Role Requirements:
- Ability to host meetings & provide advice to brand managers.
- Display a high level of ability to be highly disciplined while navigating personal & work emotions expertly.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: $3,300.00 - $4,000.00 per month
