Job Description
- Manage patient at registration and schedule appointment
- Perform administrative duties of the clinic as directed by supervisor
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
- Handle calls and attend to enquiries
- Dispense medication under doctor's supervision
Job Requirements
- Full-time: 40 hours/week
- Day shift (8am to 4pm), Night shift (3pm to 11pm)
- Able to work 2-3 night shifts, at least 1 weekend shift (either Sat/Sun) and on public holidays when rostered.
- Prior working experience as Clinic Assistant would be an advantage
- Good command of English and Mandarin
- Good patient-centered service attitude
- Fast learner and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to commence work within short notice
· For Part-timers, the ability to commit to a work schedule of at least 3 night shifts (3pm to 11pm), including 1 weekend shift will be an advantage.
