About the Role:
We are a trusted medical clinic located in Novena , catering primarily to Japanese patients . We are seeking a dedicated and caring Nurse or Clinic Assistant who is fluent in Japanese to support our medical team and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist doctors with medical procedures, patient assessments, and follow-ups.
- Perform basic clinical tasks such as measuring vital signs, preparing examination rooms, and handling medical instruments.
- Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and administrative duties.
- Communicate effectively with patients in Japanese and English , ensuring clarity and comfort.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and infection control standards within the clinic.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience or qualifications in nursing or clinical assistance.
- Bilingual in English and Japanese in order to liaise with Japanese speaking patients.
- Friendly and patient-oriented
- Prior experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Able to work based on clinic’s schedule, including weekends if required.
