Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide psychological assessments, therapy, and interventions for a diverse range of clients, including neurodivergent individuals and those facing mental health challenges. You will also contribute to programme development, community initiatives, and corporate wellness engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions (in-person and online)
- Conduct psychological assessments, formulate treatment plans, and monitor client progress
- Deliver workshops, talks, and training sessions for corporate and community settings
- Maintain accurate clinical records in line with professional and ethical standards
- Contribute to the development of mental health programmes and resources
- Participate in outreach, advocacy, and educational initiatives to promote mental health awareness
Requirements
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from a recognised institution
- Full registration (or eligibility for registration) with the Singapore Psychological Society or relevant professional body
- Minimum 1 year practicum or clinical experience required
- Strong skills in evidence-based psychological interventions (e.g., CBT, ACT, mindfulness-based approaches)
- Experience working with neurodivergent clients (e.g., Autism, ADHD) preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
