Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Support Audiologist specializing in Cochlear Implants and Equipment. The Clinical Support Audiologist will be responsible for supporting our audiology partners, including medical professionals and other affiliated allied healthcare professionals in our field of work. This role will also provide patient counseling, support and post-op care for patients using our range of devices. This position is located in Singapore.
Responsibilities :
- Assessing and advising patients regarding available technology and services to improve their hearing and communication abilities.
- Deliver clinical support to public and private audiology and otolaryngology centers with regards to cochlear implants and audiometric equipment.
- Provide product and device training to audiology and otolaryngology centers.
- Managing and Improving client experience in their cochlear implant journeys.
- Networking physicians and other healthcare professionals in the community.
- Ensure clinical services and department standards are maintained at a high standard
Requirements :
- A bachelor’s degree in audiology is essential.
- 4 years of audiology experience or more, is preferred.
- A genuine appreciation and interest in people and committed to the utmost patient care.
- A willingness to learn and develop commercial skills.
- A reliable team player and mentor to junior colleagues, while being able to operate independently.
