Summary
The Cluster Lead will develop and drive strategy for long-term diversified growth of the business for the South-east Asia, including Indonesia, Malaysia and Philippines. He/She owns the full P&L and is accountable for leading the continued development and engagement of an inclusive and high-performing team.
Key Accountabilities
§ Business Performance : Maximise cluster’s operating performance and achieve set targets
§ Executive Leadership : Lead cluster strategic growth plan, associated financials, and drive performance and growth
§ Relationship Management : Create value-based relationships with customers, suppliers and stakeholders
§ Talent & People Leadership : Enable a sustainable and high performing team through people development and talent management
§ Alignment and compliance : Ensure operation is in alignment and compliance with global policies and industry practices at all time

This role follows a hybrid work arrangement and is open to candidates who can be based out of Singapore or any of our countries in the SEA Cluster.
