Primary Purpose
Coach is looking for Coffee Baristas to join our Coach Coffeeshop at RWS, as part of our pioneer opening team.
As a Coffee Barista, you must have a passion for coffee with continuous self-learning on coffee bean knowledge. You will greet customers, answer their questions, take orders and accept payments, and prepare and serve drinks efficiently. You will also maintain a clean and well-stocked workspace and dining area, update displays, and continuously expand your knowledge of food and beverage quality controls, preparation methods, and presentation.

- Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments.
- Preparing drinks, including grinding and blending coffee beans, brewing coffee and tea, and serving items to customers.
- Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
- Updating signage and displays to attract customers.
- Taking inventory and replenishing items in display cases, at tables, or behind the counter.
- Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.
Qualifications and Skills Required The ideal candidate Will Have:
- At least 3 years of experience in food and beverage preparation.
- Background in specialty coffee is preferred.
- Passion for coffee and able to do story telling on the beans.
- Constant self improvement on coffee beans knowledge.
- Exceptional listening and communication skills.
- A polite, engaging personality.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment.
