Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the coffeeshop
- Interview and manager staff and ensure the quality of service and food & drinks meet the establishment’s standards.
- Train staff with preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and seating area
- Assist in stocking and replenishing supplies as needed
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Follow hygiene, safety, and quality control guidelines
Job Requirements:
- Well knowledge of coffee preparation
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in a café or F&B setting is required
